投产项目工程师Launch Project Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Achieving project targets (contents, quality, deadlines, costs)
• (M4 sample on time delivery with good quality, stable supply chain for ramp up, etc)
• Utilizing the project management method and tools
• SAP master data management
• ( Follow up Schaeffler specific rule for project management mainly from Management Handbook)
• Controlling the work packages (production preparation related job)
• Managing the approved project budget and reviewing project costs (target/actual)
• (permanent tracking the expenditure for tools, or other things if have)
• Estimating risks, follow up the progress of the work packages on a continuous basis (target/actual comparison)
• (Contribute to Master timing plan during project kickoff and also to sub-Project timing plan when M4 order is coming, feedback to PM the status and highlight the risk if have, like long term material lead time, long term tool lead time, or machine availability, etc)
• Using and carrying out lessons learned (within one team and also inter-team)
• Contribute to Internal and external communication
• (project/line organization, also with external customers/suppliers if necessary)
• Presenting the work package status and progress/maturity on a regular basis such as Participating the project tracking meeting, gateway meeting, etc.
• Escalating problems to PM and/or segments and/or PMO.
• More focus on kinds of relocation / location project/ outsourcing etc.
• If necessary, join and support PEP audit, include ISA, Tüv and customer audit.

您的任职资格

• Knowledge of production area or high potential
• Machines, tools, parts, BOM, Routing, etc
• Skills on project management and planning
• Well-developed soft skills (communicative, team oriented, goal oriented, ability to handle conflicts and criticism)
• Good spoken and written English-skills
• Good PC-skills(MS-Office, MS-Project)
• Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related.
• 3+ years in manufacturing area
• Experience in working with people with different culture.
• Familiar with product manufacturing process
• Knowledge about: SAP
