成本分析工程师Cost Calculation Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

1)Use PCM calculation software to do cost calculation for quotation for both customer new projects & relocation projects, cost simulation for design change of mass products
-Get projects information(background/ BOM/Drawings)  from sales & project manager & designer; 
-Align with production engineers/suppliers to get process information for assembly/stamping/heat treatment/machining process which will be the base for cost calculation;
-Familiar with PPA process (product profitability analysis) , support the PPA related activities for the new product/project;
2)Production cost analysis
-Make detailed cost comparison for the similar type of products among different locations to find abnormal cost issues and determine potential cost reduction points;
-Coordinate with production engineers to follow up the potential improvement;
3)Production cost monitoring
-Coordinate to monitor the cost saving projects in plant level;
-Coordinate to monitor and update the cost-influencing master data in SAP;
4)Other cost -related activities
-Coordinate related budget activities
-Regularly update cost-related master data;
-Coordinate and monitor the KPI figures in plant level;
-Make cost-related training for production department;
-Give cost-consultation to production colleagues and SAP knowledge
-Responsible for cost saving check in idea management system;
5) Others:
-Continuously improve cost-related process or workflows to get more efficient collaboration, e.g. make standard template; use digital tools to optimize cost monitoring etc.
- Special tasks arranged by line manager or cost calculation manager
-Strong awareness to lean new things and optimize current work and good collaboration with colleagues to fix problems;
-Able to speak and write English for normal communication

您的任职资格

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related majors；
• Familiar with manufacturing related production process and production flow;
• 3 years and above manufacturing cost accounting/analysis related work experience, automotive industry experience is preferred.
