应付会计 Accountant General（太仓）

主要职责

• Manage end-to-end invoice receipt and processing, handle daily supplier inquiries as well as invoice correction and adjustment requests.
• Execute daily AP workflow, including invoice posting, regular supplier reconciliation and routine accounting operations.
• Take charge of manual payment application, down-payment application review and relevant document processing.
• Follow up on consignment invoices, goods return transactions and quality claim related financial matters.
• Conduct pre-payment verification and checking to ensure compliance before payment run.
• Complete monthly financial tasks including input VAT reconciliation and GIT posting.
• Provide AP professional support for monthly closing and finish scheduled balance sheet reconciliation.
• Track daily KPI performance and promote continuous KPI improvement initiatives.
• Monitor outstanding items and account movements of relevant sites, and support ongoing process optimization.
• Deliver professional knowledge sharing and know-how transfer to end users and FICO colleagues, and complete other ad-hoc assignments from supervisor.

任职资格

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance-related majors, within 2 years of finance working experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
• Solid professional knowledge of finance and taxation with relevant practical working experience.
• Mature mindset, quick thinking, capable to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with AI tools is a plus. 
• Fluent oral English for daily global communication, familiar with or willing to participate in global SAP projects.
• Self-motivated with quick learning agility and proactive work attitude.
• Team-oriented, willing to take challenges and drive process optimization & change.
