工厂财务控制专员 Plant Controlling Specialist (太仓)

您的主要职责

• Monthly closing preparation on segment Production cost report and analysis.
• Calculate and release on Production cost per product article number.
• Coordinate and prepare production cost planning on monthly rolling forecast and Yearly budget planning in regards to responsible segment.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to the plant / segment business partners.
• Monitoring and reporting of financial development and target achievement (actual vs budget) of group targets.
• Propose and track countermeasures to close the gap of deviation aiming to achieve the defined business targets.
• Propose professional suggestion to operation business partners when it comes to any financial expertise on operative and strategic business decision making.
• Conduct financial training to the plant / segment business partners if needed in regards to Finance tools, systems, process and procedures.
• Monthly KPI tracking on Inventory control DOH, Investment realization, value added achievement, deviation analysis is needed to steer business well on track.
• Close daily cooperation with the plant operation team and business unit controlling team.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance/ economics.
• Proficient English in writing and communicating is a must.
• 5 years or above working experience in finance/controlling area is preferred.
• Proficient and deep understanding on manufacturing production BoM/Routing process.
• Sufficient interpersonal skill is well-needed to fulfill daily communication with production partners.
• Solid knowledge and comprehensive understanding on Forecast planning/Yearly budget planning process.
• Good at Microsoft Office, SAP FI/CO module and other related modules to production, inventory and purchasing.
• Team player with high intercultural sensitivity.
• Deep business understanding and customer service mentality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High self-motivation and sense of responsibility.
