您的主要职责
Finally approves assigned products/systems for delivery, or installations on customers site, and handles arising customer complaints.
· Handle inspections of products and systems produced, delivered or installed and make respective final approvals.
· Manage customer complaints between customers and segments including review and reporting in customer portals.
· Propose and implement containment actions and initiation of corrective measures.
· Trace affected products on customer side, transport, warehouse stock and production and coordinate internally and with customer.
· Monitor lessons learned and preventive action
handling of internal and external customer audit, support on annual system audit.
您的任职资格
Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery/engineering
· At least 3 years' experience in related position, automotive related experience desired
· Solis knowledge on ISO TS16949, 8-D method, statistic method
· Knowledge on quality tools
· Good understanding in technical drawing
· Excellent English skills, both writing & reading
· Good communication and a good team member
