前期装配工艺工程师Process Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Responsible for designing and developing new product processes, establishing, and optimizing production flows to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical support to the production department, solving process-related issues that arise during manufacturing to ensure smooth production operations.
• Participate in the trial production of new products, collect data and conduct analysis, and test and verify processes to ensure the design and performance of the product meet expected standards.
• Prepare relevant process technical documents, operation guides, and standards to ensure all process flows and operations are well-documented.
• Work with R&D, quality management, production, and other departments to ensure coordination between product design, processes, and production.
• Stay informed of market and technological trends to drive continuous improvement in processes, reduce costs, and enhance product competitiveness and quality.
• Participate in the selection, installation, and commissioning of production equipment to ensure it meets process design requirements.
• Conduct training for the production team to ensure familiarity with the process flows and operational requirements of new products.

您的任职资格

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is typically needed. Common majors include Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Industrial Engineering
• Keep up with industry trends and understand the latest process technologies and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to analyze complex processes and propose improvements.
• Knowledge of project management processes is important for effectively planning, organizing, and coordinating activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Good communication skills are crucial for collaborating with teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and consistent goals.
• Most positions require relevant work experience, especially in new product development, process design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with quality assurance and control standards, such as ISO and Six Sigma, to ensure products and processes meet quality standards.
