您的主要职责
- Summary/Forecast of the capability and capacity requirements per project
- As testing manager in ongoing project handling all testing activities
- Schedule DV / PV qualification plan with internal or external laboratory
- Responsible for test plan, timing, and cost estimation, also management, in cooperation with PM and TPM
- Develop and prepare test specifications and acceptance with customers
- Prepare necessary equipment and software for sample validation
- Work with customer under customer testing analysis or trouble shooting
- Management and basic maintenance of internal test rig.
- Management for outsourcing test booking in 3rd party lab
- Support testing related customer technical communications and presentation
- Support internal communication between product engineering and test bench
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality
- Support and take initiatives on MOVE
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security
- Support on Environmental Management
- Support on Internal Control
- Support on Excellence
您的任职资格
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electromechanical or mechanical engineering
- Over 3 years e-drive system or gearbox testing， or related product experience background
