冲压工艺工程师Stamping Engineer(太仓)

您的主要职责

• Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products, especially in Stamping.
• Develop, validate and implement production technologies.
• Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.
• Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.
• Validate machines and tools.
• Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
• Join and support necessary project/process/system audit, include ISA, Tüv and customer audit.
• Responsible for implementing and tracking lean production measures and supporting the training and improvement of lean tools in the production department.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering
• 5 to 10 years working experience in automotive or related
• Skillful at stamping product manufacturing process, including material,press.
• The process knowledge related to production daily job is mandatory.
• Good spoken and written English-skills
• Familiar with quality tools APQP,FMEA,SPC,,PPAP,MSA
• Good communication skill,Good team spirit. 
• Good PC-skills, MS-Office, MS-Project, CAD 
• Experience in LEAN, Six Sigma and Idea Management
