您的主要职责

Global Position Name: Supplier Quality Eng. (SQMS) 

• Participation in technical review, RLA and sourcing decision meeting
• Lead and Ensure the implementation of all APQP elements acc. to standard on project level at supplier site
• Monitor and manage OTS, PPAP production, including measurement harmonity, R@R audit, initiation & monitoring of corrective actions
• Manage & monitor the safe launch plan process
• Supplier audits:  product audits, fly audits, process audits; make corrective actions based on audit findings at supplier site;
• Key suppliers or focus suppliers improvement plan development & following ;
• Execution and coordination of internal measures within the supplier complaint, block materials management, problem analysis
• Coordination of complaint corrective actions of 8D
• Develop sorting WI for CSL & 100% sorting & 3rd Party sorting process

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering or related.
• 3+ years’ experience in rubber sealing parts in Auto products.
• Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA and etc.)
• Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8D/3x5WHY and other critical tools.
• Good process improvement knowledge and skills (continuous improvement, lean knowledge, 6δ, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong personality and capable to work under pressure.
• Proficient in English.
• Good PC application skills (MS office).
• Highest business ethics and conduct.
