您的主要职责

• Lead and conduct TR with suppliers;
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to screen the potential suppliers;
• Lead and conduct the Supplier Initial Assessment (SIA) and Supplier Surveillance Assessment(SSA);
• Early involve into supplier development and monitor the project/process development;
• Supervise and drive observation and analysis the market in China;
• Supervise and drive set-up of the regional purchasing strategy considering the targets of the global commodity management, product line purchasing and supplier development management;
• Supervise and drive the fulfillment of the regional quality commodity strategy and control over the costs in his/her commodities by Supplier Development development;
• Supervise and drive documentation and follow-up of the necessary activities to fulfill the strategy by appropriate means according to the actual set of tools by Supplier Development Team;
• Provide support, coaching and training to internal/external.

您的任职资格

• 10+ years work experience in machining process/technology & manufacture and machining parts, good knowledge for machining, incl. fixture, clamping concept, tool knowledge, machines, machining process.
• rich experience in troubleshooting in manufacturing process of machining, supplier manufacturing process.
• Capable to manage complex projects.
• Good experience and knowledge in purchasing affairs.
• Good strategic thinking.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Good communication skills on an international basis.
• Bachelor or master degree.
• Has knowledge of IATF 16969, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP.
• Structured approach of tasks.
• Good skills of self organizing/driving.
• High frequency for biz. trip.
