Your Key Responsibilities
- 依据产品开发流程（PDP）完成执行器类产品全流程开发，涵盖需求输入、方案构思、详细设计直至量产启动阶段；
- 对接客户工程团队，同步协调全球产品开发板块负责人；
- 编制产品功能需求规范（FRS）；
- 开展产品概念设计与方案选型；
- 负责产品详细设计、设计评审及验证工作；
- 参与或牵头产品认证相关工作；
- 把控项目进度、预算及产品成本；
- 对接供应商、客户、销售及兄弟生产基地；
- 与全球各地生产、销售团队开展跨区域协同工作；
- 产品全生命周期开发过程中，严格遵循医疗器械相关行业标准、安全规范及法规要求；
- 针对执行器产品开展机械安全风险分析，落实风险管控措施并归档风险管理文件；
- 配合完成法规要求的设计管控工作，编制法规所需设计历史文件；
- 在各阶段设计评审中，依据医疗器械安全与合规标准评估机械设计方案。
Your Qualifications
- 机械相关工科专业学历；
- 掌握敏捷产品开发方法，如 SCRUM；
- 中英文流利读写沟通；
- 5 年及以上线性执行器产品设计经验；
- 熟悉医疗器械机械设计行业法规、安全标准及风险管理流程；
- 具备医疗器械设计管控、风险分析、法规文件编制实操经验；
- 能够将医疗器械合规与安全要求融入整套机械设计及验证流程。
