您的主要职责

• Management of quality system team, coordination of QMS related things with internal and external functions.

  Quality System Implementation & Improvement 

  Monitor or support audits, including customer audit, system audit , process audit, product audit, layered process audit etc.

  Support supplier and project audit

  Follow up and monitor corrective actions of audit results.

  Support or Monitor document control process

  Support or Monitor QMS continues improvement

  Quality Awareness and Q-Practices/Standards 

  Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.

  Organize related quality training for the plant  

  Support on internal control and excellence 

  Support and take initiatives on MOVE.

   Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security. 

   Support on Environmental Management 

  Support and take initiatives on QM Review 

  Support and take initiatives on Contingency Plan  

  Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor 

您的任职资格

• Power of fascination ，Solid knowledge on IATF16949 and VDA6.3

  Strong organization skills ，Knowledge on Quality control ，Microsoft Office 

  Cooperation & communication skills 

  • Bachelor in Master of Business Administration 

    Have experience in audit conduction in automotive industry
