Your Key Responsibilities
- Align Stakeholder Requirements for the component wiring harness (WH)
- Derive and define Component Requirements from customer and system input (e.g., electrical parameters, IP-class, chemical compatibility, standards, and norms (AEC-Q), EMC and shielding)
- Develop WH concepts with respect to the requirements and the EMC properties.
- Define and select wiring harness components (e.g., connectors, cables)
- 3-D CAD Design of WH and integration in the system CAD model
- Preparation of 2-D Drawings and the bill of materials
- Supplier selection and -handling
- Setup Qualification- and Test plan and align with supplier and system V&V
Your Qualifications
- Master or Bachelor of mechanical or electrical engineering with specialization on E/E design or Technician with similar experiences
- Experience in electrical dimensioning of connectors and cables
- Experiences in 3D-CAD modelling Creo or EPLAN Harness
- Experiences in Supplierhandling
- Experiences in functional and environmental testing
- English language - communicative level
