Your Key Responsibilities

• The country C&B / Total Rewards position serves as the primary Total Rewards subject matter expert for the country.
• Closely collaborating with regional and global total rewards teams, country / location HR community and business stakeholders.
• Aim of the role is to simplify, harmonize schemes, implement global / regional / local initiatives and as a result of the activity ensure the business about competitive and effective compensation and benefits offering.
• The role works together with external stakeholders too: to be up to date about market trends, market intelligence, best practices and understand market challenges.
• Analyze internal and external data, creates calculations (cost impact, labor cost-, head count related etc.), creates implementation / execution studies, communication and training materials.
• Monitors local regulatory requirements for both compensation and benefits areas.
• Supports audits – documentation, preparation, governance.
• Serves as an internal consultant for locations, supports them on a regular basis (end-to-end).
• Drives process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Participates, contributes and coordinates projects

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (HR, Economics, Finance, Psychology etc.)
• ~5 years Compensation & Benefit experience (ideally including blue collar remuneration)
• Good understanding of the country market, challenges, compensation & benefit practices
• Strong analytical (excel is a must, power BI, macro are advantage) skills, project management is an advantage
• Strong in partnership with others – all levels Top Management to Operator
• Knowledge / experience with collective agreements (negotiations, handling employee representatives)
• Strong English knowledge
