Job Descriptions (Design Engineer of Robotic Rotaty Joint Planetary Gearbox)
1) 负责人形机器人旋转关节(行星减速器模组)整体结构设计、集成与优化,包括传动布局、轴承支撑、密封防护、轻量化结构及热管理;
Responsible for the overall structural design, integration and optimization of humanoid robot rotary joints (planetary/harmonic drive modules) and linear actuators (ball / planetary screw modules), including transmission layout, bearing support, sealing protection, lightweight structure and thermal management.
2) 主导从概念到量产的全周期开发:完成 3D 建模、工程图绘制、BOM 编制、DFM/DFA 分析、公差链设计(GD&T)、生产导入及工装夹具开发;
Leading the full-cycle development from concept to mass production and relevant responsibilities include 3D modeling, engineering drawing creation, BOM compilation, DFM/DFA analysis, tolerance chain design (GD&T), production introduction and fixture development.
3) 具备多物理场仿真验证(静强度、模态、疲劳、热),确保模组在高动态、冲击、频繁启停工况下的可靠性与寿命的知识储备,了解相关旋转关节模组的国家测试标准;
Experience in multi-physics simulation verification (static strength, modal, fatigue, thermal analysis) and can guarantee the reliability and service life of modules under high-dynamic, impact and frequent start-stop operating conditions, meantime be familiar with relevant national testing standards for rotary joint modules.
4) 了解关键零部件的工艺流程,熟悉齿轮(滚齿、磨齿、热处理渗碳淬火)、壳体(铸造/锻造工艺)、行星架精密加工工艺路线,主导与外部供应商的技术讨论并敲定关键工艺细节。参与减速器制造工艺规划,与生产部门协作优化加工、装配流程,提升生产效率与产品一致性。解决产品量产过程中的技术难题,提供技术指导,确保产品顺利批量生产。
Understand the manufacturing processes of key components, be familiar with the processing routes of gears (gear hobing, gear grinding, heat treatment like carburizing and quenching), housing (die casting and forging), and planet carriers. Lead technical discussions with external suppliers and kick off the detailed key manufacturing process.
Participate in manufacturing process planning, collaborate with the production department to optimize manufacturing and assembly procedures, and help to improve production efficiency and product consistency.
Trouble shooting technical problems during mass production and provide technical guidance and guarantee successful mass production.
5) 跟踪国内外行星减速器技术发展趋势,开展前沿技术研究与储备,推动产品技术升级与创
新。参与专利申报与技术标准制定,提升公司在传动领域的技术影响力。
Track the development trends of domestic and foreign planetary reducer technologies. Conduct cutting-edge technology research and reserve, promote product technology upgrading and innovation. Participate in patent application and technical standard formulation to enhance the company's technical influence in the transmission field.
6) 跨部门协作与沟通。与电机、控制等相关部门紧密配合,完成减速器与其他部件的集成设计,保障整机系统性能最优。对接客户与供应商,了解需求反馈,解决技术问题,维护良好的合作关系。
Cross-departmental collaboration and communication. Work closely with relevant departments such as motors and control to complete the integrated design of reducers and other components, ensuring optimal performance of the whole machine system. Connect with customers and suppliers, understand demand feedback, solve technical problems, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
7) 跟踪全球人形机器人关节技术趋势(如高功率密度、直驱、柔性传动),参与制定产品技术路线与迭代规划。
Track the global technical trends in humanoid robot joints (such as high-power density, direct drive, flexible transmission) and participate in the formulation of product technical roadmaps and iteration plans.
8) 为生产、测试、客户应用提供技术支持,协同电控、算法、供应链团队推进机电一体化系统集成。
Provide technical support for production, testing, and customer applications.
collaborate with electronic control, algorithm and supply chain teams to advance mechatronic system integration.
9) 精通行星齿轮传动原理,掌握减速器设计方法与流程,熟练使用Croe等3D/2D设计软件,能独立完成复杂结构建模与图纸绘制。
Proficient in planetary gear transmission principles, skilled in the design methodology and proficient in 3D/2D design software such as Creo, capable of independently completing complex structural modeling and engineering drawings.
