您的主要职责

• Completed DFM report (including casting or plastic parts etc.).
• Completed tooling design (including runner system, parting line, slider layout, cooling system etc.).
• Completed moldflow analysis and TDC reports.
• Completed 3D process design if required.
• Lead supplier technical review (including tooling design and machining process review etc.).
• Support supplier tooling trial (including defects analysis and optimization etc.)
• Lead new materials and new processes R&D activities etc.

您的任职资格

• Major in Material Forming and Control Engineering or Materials Processing Engineering or Materials Science and Engineering etc., prefer full time 985/211 bachelor’s degree at least.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in die casting or injection tooling design, if product design or machining process design experience is plus.
• Good command of design and moldflow software, if skillfully use Creo, Flow 3D Cast or Moldex3D is plus.
• Fluent in English is plus.
• Good communication and logical thinking.
• Good sense of responsibility, ambition, execution ability and teamwork spirit.
• Willing to work in Changsha for a long time.
