您的主要职责
- Design automation solutions involving PLC software, HMI software, servo controls, hydraulic controls, measurement sensors, and interfaces to additional systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical and hydraulic engineers, conceptualize, design, and deliver custom test rig systems.
- Directly develop software, handle system commissioning, and troubleshoot new equipment as well as modifications and upgrades to existing equipment.
- Program and debug structure text code on Beckhoff PLC controller platform TwinCAT 3 or CoDeSys platform.
- Implement operation interface and test program based on Schaeffler Test System Platform software or on NI LabVIEW
- Develop test software in Python, C# or other languages.
- Trouble shooting and maintenance of test equipment in test field operation.
您的任职资格
- Experience with design of custom equipment for manufacturing including assembly, inspection, process control, etc.
- Software experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT, CoDeSys platform, EPLAN, MS Office, etc.
- Hardware experience with Beckhoff PLCs, servo drive systems, industrial networking (EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet, etc.) PID controls, power distribution systems, etc.
- Experience with Risk Level Assessment, codes, and regulations for industrial equipment safety.
- Experience with LabView programming and commissioning as a plus.
- Experience with computer programming language such as Python, C#, Java.
- Work experience in database, Matlab/Simulink, dSPACE or Vector tools as a plus.
- Good English skill
