您的主要职责
Tasks:
- Define product design concept of eAxle transmission and responsible for technical specification regarding function, performance, reliability, which is based on customer’s requirement.
- Design sub-system and components, which based on product internal/external boundary/interface and technical requirement, to ensure it fulfills the rule of function, performance, reliability, feasibility, detectability, cost efficiency etc.
- Responsible for the technical leading documents of product, e.g. 3D, 2D, design checklist and report.
- Responsible for the creation and the constant actualization of DFMEA and CoRS.
- Support DVP definition, support DV/PV tests and RPA.
- Technical support to production team during pre-launch, launch and SOP.
- Technical support to other activities, such as cost
and quality.
- Good knowledge of transmission eAxle system and relevant components, e.g. gear/shaft, differential, parking lock system, die-casting housing, bearing, sealing, etc.
- Good knowledge of design development tools and processes, such as PDM and CAD modeling.
- Excellent ability of communicating, technology analysis and organizing of technology management.
- Have a good self-motivation and initiative in work.- Good language skills in English.
您的任职资格
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, graduated in mechanical or vehicle engineering.
- More than 5 years experience in area of eAxle transmission or related components development.
- Good knowledge of mechanical design.
- Good understanding of manufacturing and fabrication process such as transmission components, and quality awareness.
- Fluent English, German can be a plus.
