Responsabilitatile dumneavoastra cheie
- Support reactive, preventive and predictive maintenance activities for the CNC machines, with a focus on electrical systems and drives such as Siemens and Fanuc;
- Contribute to upgrade projects and technical improvements for equipment within Industry 1;
- Ensure backup and safe storage of NC/PLC programs for critical machines;
- Support the commissioning of new and transferred machines by providing electrical and CNC expertise;
- Assist in the troubleshooting of unexpected machine failures by applying your own expertise and implementing manufacturer recommendations;
- Help improve machine availability and reliability indicators across Industry 1;
- Identify and implement solutions and methods to optimize equipment performance and prevent recurring or random electrical failures.
Calificarile dumneavoastra
- Technical education in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or a related field;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field;
- Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC 840D Sinumerik, Sinamics and Siemens PLC S7;
- Experience with Fanuc CNC, Heidenhain encoder and linear scale systems and Communication Protocol–Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, MPI, RS232/485, Software-TIAPortal, Starter Simatic Manger, HMI Startup.
