Ihre Aufgaben
- Support in the planning, maintenance, and implementation of strategic guidelines, standards, and programs in the area of fire protection and natural hazards in the EnEHS management system.
- Consolidation and assessment of climate-related risks and fire hazards in combination with the analysis of information from external data sources.
- Further development, evaluation, and aggregation of Schaeffler's internally defined KPIs for fire protection and natural hazards, as well as the associated IT systems.
- Supporting locations in assessing fire and natural hazards in Schaeffler's official risk management system and in defining and selecting measures.
- Consulting and support for Schaeffler Group locations in implementing fire protection and natural hazard requirements and standards.
- Development and execution of training courses on strategic fire protection and natural hazards.
- Collaboration with stakeholders within the organization and/or external auditors at the operational level.
- Execution of project tasks and support in the Audit & Systems area of the EnEHS department.
Ihr Profil
- Completed technical degree or equivalent professional training and further education in a technical profession or in-depth further training in preventive and defensive fire protection and in the operational assessment and elaboration of climate-related risks/natural hazards at global locations.
- Several years of professional experience in the aforementioned field is recommended.
- High level of English skills required, knowledge of German would be an advantage
