设施工程师 Facility Maintenance Eng.(上海)

您的主要职责

• 负责各类建筑设施的维修和保养工作，如建筑系统、电气供电和照明系统、空调系统（冰机、冷塔、空调箱等）、压缩空气系统、冷热水系统等Be responsible for all building facility system repair and inspection work, including building architecture/electrical system、air conditioning system/compressed air system/cooled and heated water system/
• 负责各种建筑设施的改造项目Be responsible for some building facility renovation or modification projects
• 负责设施相关的可持续发展项目,包括节水节能项目等Be responsible for sustainability projects, including energy saving/water saving.
• 确定并解决设施设备上的各种故障源。并能提出优化改进方案Localizing courses of error on factory-facilities and resolve the issues, and be able to develop optimization and improvement solutions
• 负责建筑设施维修备件选型与订购Responsible for equipment maintenance spare parts selection and ordering

您的任职资格

• 机械暖通或电气专业技术背景Mechanical HVAC/electrical engineering technical Background                   
• 本科学历或以上Bachelor of Engineering or above
• 至少3年设施维护等相关的工作经验At least 3 years related working experience of building facility maintanence
• 英语听说读写能力English language skills: listening speaking reading and writing
• 良好的沟通能力Good communication skills
• 最好有设施改造项目经验Prefer to have facility renovation projects related experience
• MS办公室软件运用MS-Office Experience
