热系统工程师 Thermal System Engineer （上海）

您的主要职责

• Build and review thermal models & system models
• Defining Budget &Timing for thermal system
• Defining and coordinating work packages
• Development of functional thermal system
• Support for thermal relevant questions within hardware design phase
• Coordination of all thermal simulation tasks
• Coordination of all thermal testing tasks
• Thermal testing and verification planning & result evaluation

您的任职资格

• Bachelor or above in thermal energy and power engineering or automotive engineering
• Minimum 3 years of thermal development relevant working experience
• Experienced in MATLAB / Simulink model build.
• Familiar with thermal analysis and testing.
• Familiar with the variable of cooling system for power train systems and components.
• Familiar with project management, requirement management and change management.
• Good communication skills and Fluent English on Read/Write and Oral.  
• Proactive and collaborative approach towards problem solving
• Ability to thrive within a global matrix organization
