您的主要职责
- 协助项目经理完成大型品牌活动、展会、技术研讨会、客户会等全流程策划与执行,涵盖需求分析、预算控制、进度管理、风险应对及项目总结,确保项目高质量交付 Assisted the project manager in the full-process planning and execution of large-scale brand events, exhibitions, technical seminars, customer conferences, etc., covering demand analysis, budget control, schedule management, risk response and project summary, so as to ensure the high-quality delivery of projects.
- 与德国总部、国内外合作伙伴进行全英文沟通,方案提案、实施落地,推动跨国协作无缝对接 Communicated in full English with the headquarters and domestic and foreign partners, conducted proposal presentations, promoted implementation and execution, and facilitated seamless transnational collaboration.
- 协调设计、业务、技术等多部门资源,推进项目团队高效执行,同时把控供应商质量与交付进度 Coordinated resources across multiple departments including design, business and technical teams to drive efficient execution of the project team, while controlling the quality and delivery schedule of suppliers.
- 负责年度10+场展位500㎡+规模的展会落地,主导展台搭建、物流统筹及政府或展会报批,对接主场服务商 Responsible for the execution of over 10 annual exhibitions with booth areas exceeding 500 square meters each, leading booth construction, logistics coordination, and government or exhibition approval procedures, and liaising with the main service providers.
- 策划并执行展会期间的主题活动、产品发布、客户接待等环节,提升品牌曝光与客户转化率 Planned and executed themed activities, product launches, customer reception, and other segments during exhibitions, thereby enhancing brand exposure and customer conversion rates.
- 管理活动现场危机预案,比如人流控制,设备故障,舆情应对等,保障万人级活动安全执行 Managed on-site crisis response plans for events, including but not limited to crowd control, equipment failure handling, and public opinion management, ensuring the safe execution of events with an attendance of over 10,000 people.
- 展品年度管理及优化方案的制定和获批, 管理物资仓储、协调现场人员 Formulated and obtained approval for annual management and optimization plans for exhibits, managed material warehousing, and coordinated on-site personnel.
- 有进博会/广交会等A类展会操盘案例,布展期全勤驻现场 Having hands-on experience in managing Class A exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the Canton Fair, with 100% on-site presence during the exhibition setup phase
- 完成英文版活动流程表、制作双语活动指南、编辑外部和内部项目沟通材料,整理会议纪要、处理参会者英文咨询邮件等 Completed the English version of event flowcharts, produced bilingual event guides, edited external and internal project communication materials, compiled meeting minutes, and handled English inquiry emails from attendees.
- 收集活动数据(出席率/满意度等),协助制作结案报告PPT,收集销售线索并协同CRM团队,追踪展会转化率及客户沉淀数据 Collected event data, including attendance rates and satisfaction levels, assisted in creating the final report in PowerPoint format, gathered sales leads, collaborated with the CRM team, and tracked exhibition conversion rates and customer retention data
- 支持或协调经理分配的其他事项 Support or co-ordinate projects and tasks assigned by Manager
您的任职资格
- 英语专业八级或同等水平,具备优秀的英文书面及口语表达能力,可独立完成英文方案撰写、全英文会议主持及跨国商务谈判 TEM-8 (Test for English Majors, Band 8) or equivalent, with excellent English written and oral communication skills. Capable of independently drafting English proposals, hosting all-English meetings, and conducting cross-border business negotiations.
- 市场营销/项目管理专业,本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above with technical background majored in Marketing/Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or Vehicle technology
- 5年以上活动项目管理经验,3年以上外企项目经验,具备优秀的具备开发、计划和实施项目的能力 With over 5 years of experience in event project management and more than 3 years of project experience in foreign enterprises, possessing excellent abilities in developing, planning and implementing projects.
- 熟练使用Project、Excel等项目管理工具,熟练使用Windows Office办公软件,尤其是PowerPoint的运用,持有PMP、CEM等专业证书者优先Proficient in using project management tools such as Project and Excel, as well as Windows Office software, with particular expertise in PowerPoint. Candidates holding professional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) will be given preference
- 具备国际化视野、出色的应变能力和抗压能力,能适应高频次跨时区沟通需求,强责任感和团队合作精神; 良好的组织和沟通能力; 能自我激励和创造 Possessing an international perspective, excellent adaptability and stress tolerance, able to meet the needs of frequent cross-time-zone communication, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; having good organizational and communication skills; capable of self-motivation and innovation
- 了解中国汽车行业,有项目活动现场工作经验者优先 Well understanding of Chinese garages, working experience in agency and on-hand experience is a plus
- 具备优秀的空间规划与创意能力;熟悉展会运营管理、报批、物流等实操环节 Excellent spatial planning and creative skills. Familiar with practical procedures such as exhibition operation management, approval formalities, and logistics.
- 强责任感和团队合作精神; 良好的组织和沟通能力,具备细节把控能力和突发问题处理能力,能适应展会期间高强度工作节奏 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to control details and handle unexpected issues. Able to adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm during exhibitions.
