材料工程师（上海）

您的主要职责

• 1. Responsible for raw material releasing based on internal material standard.

  2. Responsible for failure analysis (fracture, crack, corrosion, spalling, etc.) of various products via SEM/EDX, optical microscope, XRD, OES, etc.

  3. Close collaboration with team members and other functions to clarify the failure root cause.

  4. Technical consultant about material technology for internal customers.

  5. Implement competence buildup proposed by up-level manager.

  6. Daily quality work based on ISO 17025.

  7. Other jobs assigned by up-level manager.

您的任职资格

• 1. Proven experience in metallic components failure analysis and material basic properties analysis.

  2. Proven experience in operating SEM/EDX, hardness tester, OES, etc.

  3. Be familiar with international and national technical specifications.

  4. Have knowledge about the steel melting process.

  5. Know about metallic components manufacturing process like forging, stamping and machining.

  6. Strong sense of quality, self-learning ability, hands-on ability and good Chinese and English communication skills.

  7. Bachelor or above degree in material science and engineering or related major.

  8. 3+ years in metallic material failure analysis. Experience in automotive OEM or suppliers for metallic materials or onsite heat treatment is preferred.
