仿真工程师Simulation Engineer（上海）

主要职责

• Bipolar Plate Development: Develop bipolar plates with optimized flow channels for electrolyzer stacks.
• Simulation Tasks: Conduct CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)/FEM (Finite Element Method) and thermal simulations for electrolyzer stacks.
• Methodology Development: Create CAE methodologies and guidelines for different electrolyzer products.
• Methodology Establishment: Set up calculation methods and rules in line with the company's guidelines.
• CAE Execution: Perform CAE (Computer - Aided Engineering) tasks for electrolyzer stack and bipolar plate (BPP) design.
• Engineer Coaching: Mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills in relevant fields.
• Report Review: Review analysis reports submitted by other engineers.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with the headquarters.

任职资格

• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Technical Knowledge:

1. Proficient in fluid mechanics calculations
2. Knowledgeable about material mechanical characteristics.
3. Well - versed in FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD theory.

• Software Proficiency: Familiar with at least one of the following CAE software: Ansys, Abaqus, Adams, Matlab, etc.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities.
• Programming Knowledge: Basic understanding of software programming.
