Stampling tool design engineer

- 依据公司相关规范和标准设计电机铁芯配套冲压模具，重点支持叠片冲压和电机铁芯制造应用。

  Design stamping tools for motor core manufacturing in accordance with company regulations and standards, with a focus on lamination stamping and motor core applications.

- 独立开展模具优化，提升模具结构、制造可行性、冲片精度、叠片质量和生产稳定性。

  Perform tool optimization independently to improve tool structure, manufacturability, lamination accuracy, stack quality, and production stability.

- 独立准备并完善模具图纸，确保图纸准确、完整并符合电机铁芯冲压模具设计和制造要求。

  Prepare and refine tool drawings independently, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with motor core stamping tool design and manufacturing requirements.

- 担任子项目负责人，管理模具项目日常推进，确保项目满足质量、成本和交付要求。

  Act as sub-project manager for daily tool project execution, ensuring delivery against quality, cost, and delivery targets.

- 协同电机铁芯业务部门及相关职能团队解决模具设计、制造、试模和量产过程中的技术问题。

  Collaborate with motor core business teams and cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during tool design, manufacturing, tryout, and mass production.

- 提供电机铁芯冲压模具相关技术支持，推动问题分析、方案评估、工艺优化和持续改进。

  Provide technical support for motor core stamping tools and drive issue analysis, solution evaluation, process optimization, and continuous improvement.

您的任职资格

- 具备材料成型、机械、模具设计与制造或相关专业本科及以上学历。

  Hold a bachelor’s degree or above in material forming, mechanical engineering, tool design and manufacturing, or a related discipline.

- 具备5年以上冲压模具设计、开发或相关领域工作经验，具有电机铁芯、定转子冲片或叠片冲压模具经验者优先。

  Have more than 5 years of working experience in stamping tool design, development, or a related area; experience with motor cores, stator/rotor laminations, or lamination stamping tools is preferred.

- 掌握电机铁芯冲压工艺、级进模设计、叠片工艺、冲片精度控制、毛刺控制和模具间隙设计等相关知识。

  Apply knowledge of motor core stamping processes, progressive die design, lamination processes, lamination accuracy control, burr control, and die clearance design.

- 熟悉硅钢片等电机铁芯材料特性，以及材料、热处理、涂层和模具寿命相关知识。

  Understand the characteristics of motor core materials such as electrical steel, as well as materials, heat treatment, coatings, and tool life considerations.

- 具备独立完成模具优化、图纸准备、试模问题分析和量产技术支持的能力。

  Demonstrate the ability to independently complete tool optimization, drawing preparation, tryout issue analysis, and technical support for mass production.

- 使用英语作为工作语言，能够进行技术沟通、会议交流和文档处理。

  Use English as a working language for technical communication, meetings, and documentation.

- 展现开放变革的态度和良好的沟通能力，能够与客户、制造商、工厂及跨职能团队高效协作。

  Demonstrate openness to change and strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, manufacturers, plants, and cross-functional teams.
