投产与工业化项目经理TL Launch & Industrialization（太仓）

您的主要职责

•    Responsible for developing & delivering technical capability with the Industrializa-tion team through developing, promoting and sharing knowledge and experience to enhance contribution to new product relative production quality, cost and delivery.
•    Leading industrialization project (new product and new process development) for successful mass production in manufacturing sites of Taicang plant. The process takes place from the initial assessment of manufacturing proposals to stable mass production, creating procedures, reviewing supplier/plant trials, and optimizing the manufacturing process.
•    As the project interfaces out of plant, leading customer visit, presenting competenc-es and capabilities to build up an optimum & professional impression of our product & production at customer point of view. Present project status regularly to Plant/BU/BD managers, show open points with countermeasures and escalation risks in time for additional resources.
•    Business oriented, continuously seeking, proposing and applying value added solu-tions.
•    Initiate and lead industrialization projects relative VAVE & process optimization to improve production output, productivity, process stability, reduce the process com-plexity to continuously improve production competence.
•    Build up industrialization project management standardized process and the relative procedures & toolbox, improve the efficiency of industrialization within plant.  
•    Training & Coaching Industrialization team, assign tasks, continuously improve the capability of industrialization team.
•    Lead the product transfer project and special project from management team.

您的任职资格

Qualifications:

•    Master or bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Industry Engineering.
•    Minimum 8 years (master’s degree) or 10 years (bachelor’s degree) of relevant ex-perience in ME, IE and PM. Minimum 5 years team management experience.
•    Proficient in project management, able to manage multiple projects in a complex or-ganization matrix (cross plants & cross countries).
•    Technology savvy, able to make the judgement of mass production feasibility for a new technology base on quality & cost point of view.
•    Good at promoting cross-function collaboration. Able to handle the KPI conflict be-tween different functions by smooth solutions. 
•    Initiate and efficiently drive change management in new project.
•    Certified Six-Sigma GB is expected; BB is an added advantage.
•    Able to inspire and influence stakeholders, fueled by teamwork and geared with “Make It Happen” engine.
