您的主要职责

1. Souring or purchasing related activities.
2. Following QDCS principles to implement supplier management activities.
3. Supporting other factories to do RFQ’s and supplier sourcing.
4. New NCO/NMO project involved.
5. Take lead to run cost down project, implement KPI’s related.
6. Supplier contract management and material compliance follow up.
7. Developing preferred suppliers to keep material cost competitiveness.

您的任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical or electronical or related.
• At least 5 years’ experience in sourcing or purchasing.
• Cross-functional communication skills with fluent English in written and spoken.
• Highly responsible, open-minded, Self-motivated.
• Experienced in leading team members.
• Familiar with the purchasing process in a similar company.
• Preferred project management experience as localization or supplier consolidation or transfer projects among plants.
• Familiar with machining processes or electronic components and related supply market.
• Favorable experience in category management.
