您的主要职责

• Collaborate with the Global Onboarding team to design onboarding processes and initiatives with input from the China region and support the execution of global onboarding activities in China.
• Coordinate with regional Recruiting, SSC, and Training functions to drive the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
• Manage selected employer branding projects, including planning, design, coordination, and implementation, to ensure the successful delivery of employer branding activities.
• Support special projects as needed

您的任职资格

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in STEM, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, learning, and execution skills; responsible and results oriented.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required.
