Your Key Responsibilities

1. Supporting the Head of Sales OEM Asia Pacific, Bearing & Industrial Solutions (BIS) Division

• Preparing presentations and supporting Excel-related tasks
• Organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on action items
• Coordinating with stakeholders across different departments
• Managing schedules, travel arrangements, expense processing, and approval workflows

2. Communication with HQ, AP, and local management teams

• Communicating effectively with headquarters, Asia Pacific, and local management
• Following up on key business projects and ensuring timely progress

3. Sales and gross profit analysis activities

• Supporting activities to improve sales and profitability
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning

4. Supporting pricing and customer support teams in business decision support activities

• Supporting margin improvement initiatives, including price increases and the elimination of loss-making items
• Improving delivery reliability
• Following up on order backlog

5. Additional responsibilities

• In addition to above, carry out tasks assigned to position holder's supervisor that are essentially related to duties.

Your Qualifications

Basic qualifications

• TOEIC Speaking level AL or above, or OPIc IH or above
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong project follow-up and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

Preferred qualifications

• TOEIC Speaking level AH or OPIc AL
