Your Key Responsibilities

主要职责 / Your Key Responsibilities：
- 推动工厂精益生产体系落地，结合舍弗勒生产系统及现场运营需求，制定并实施精益改善计划，提升生产效率和流程稳定性。
- 主导现场改善项目，包括价值流分析、瓶颈识别、节拍优化、产线平衡、换型时间缩短、布局优化和物流路径改善，持续降低浪费。
- 负责精益工具的导入与应用，如5S、标准化作业、目视化管理、Kaizen、VSM、SMED、TPM、A3问题解决等，并推动现场团队掌握和使用。
- 分析生产运营数据，包括OEE、产能、节拍、WIP、直通率、换型时间、库存周转、人员效率等指标，识别改善机会并跟踪改善收益。
- 协同生产、制造工程、质量、设备、物流和EHS团队，推进跨部门改善项目，确保改善措施符合安全、质量和交付要求。
- 组织精益培训与改善工作坊，提升一线员工、班组长和工程团队的精益意识、问题解决能力和持续改进能力。
- 建立改善项目跟踪机制，定期输出改善项目进展、收益验证和经验总结，推动优秀实践在工厂内复制推广。
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械工程、自动化、车辆工程、生产管理、物流工程或相关专业。
- 3年以上制造业精益生产、工业工程、生产改善、运营卓越或制造工程相关经验，有汽车零部件、精密制造或工业制造行业经验。
- 熟悉精益生产理论和工具，能够独立应用5S、VSM、标准化作业、Kaizen、SMED、TPM、线平衡、A3等方法开展改善项目。
- 具备良好的现场问题识别和数据分析能力，能够通过生产数据、节拍测量、流程观察等方式定位浪费和瓶颈。
- 熟悉制造现场运营逻辑，理解安全、质量、交付、成本、人员效率等关键指标之间的关系。
- 具备基础英语读写能力，能够阅读英文精益资料、报告或与跨国团队进行基础沟通。
