Plant Recruiter

Your Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Plant Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for core plant and manufacturing roles.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in plant hiring, stakeholder management, and execution of bulk and lateral hiring at  our Talegaon Plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for core plant and manufacturing positions.
• Execute bulk, lateral, and critical hiring for plant operations and support functions.
• Partner closely with Plant HR, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand manpower planning and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates using multiple channels - Job portals / Employee referrals/ Professional networks /Internal databases
• Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews with plant panels.
• Drive offer negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate closure within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate pre-joining engagement and ensure smooth onboarding with HR Operations.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with plant hiring policies, safety norms, and manpower goals.

The recruiter will be responsible for hiring across core plant roles, including but not limited to:

• Production / Manufacturing Engineer
• Shift In-Charge / Line In-Charge
• Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Automation)
• Quality Engineer / Quality Analyst
• Tool Room Engineer / Tool Designer
• Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer
• Plant Operations Executive
• Shop-floor Supervisors
• Safety Officer / EHS Officer
• Utilities & Facility Roles
• Warehouse / Stores / Logistics Roles

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–8 years of overall recruitment experience
• Minimum 3  years of hands-on Plant hiring experience (Mandatory)
• Strong exposure to manufacturing / plant-based recruitment.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial setups
• Familiarity with local labor markets and vendor ecosystem
• Ability to handle high-volume and time-sensitive hiring
• Immediate joiners preferred

Your Qualifications

• Location:  Talegaon
• Mode: Work From  Plant - 5 Days Week.
• Position is on 3rd‑party payroll.
