Your Key Responsibilities
- 技术方案支持： 协助工程师对接客户需求，参与关节模组（直线关节/旋转关节）、升降柱等产品的参数选型计算、图纸整理及技术方案输出。
- 样机测试验证： 协助参与产品的性能测试与台架调试，负责测试数据的采集与分析，并编制规范的测试报告。
- 开发进度追踪： 作为项目助手，协助追踪内部研发项目的加工、采购及装配进度，跟进跨部门（研发、工艺、采购）的待办事项落实。
- 行业与竞品分析： 定期收集行业内主流关节模组、升降柱等竞品的技术动态与性能参数，协助团队进行Benchmark（基准测试）数据对比与技术趋势分析
Your Qualifications
教育背景： 机械电子、机械工程、自动化等相关专业，硕士研究生（研二/研三优先）。
核心加分项：
- 动手能力强，有实验室台架调试或电机控制经验者优先；
- 逻辑清晰，沟通表达顺畅，有组织协调经验者优先；
- 了解减速器（谐波/行星）、电机、编码器等核心零部件的工作原理者优先
实习时间要求： 每周可实习 3 天及以上，能持续约3个月及以上（设有转正通道，需意向长期从事本岗位、稳定发展的实习候选人）。
工作地点：上海（为主）&太仓；
