Your Key Responsibilities

<Job Responsibilities>

• Lead projects across the full product lifecycle, from promotional activities for project acquisition, through application development and mass production, to model changes after production start. (Opportunity to be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle.)
• Understand customer requirements and Schaeffler product specifications, and collaborate/coordinate with customers and global teams to define specifications. Conduct technical meetings and design reviews with customers and overseas locations, and ensure project completion according to plan. (Opportunities to work in a global environment and develop problem-solving skills.)
• Work with multiple OEMs and handle a wide range of sensor products. (Opportunity to gain broad experience, including innovative technologies for future clean mobility. In addition to internal combustion powertrain products, experience with electrified powertrain products and vehicle access sensors will also be gained.)

【仕事内容・職責】
１．    プロジェクト受注のためのプロモーション活動から、適用開発・量産化、量産後のモデルチェンジ対応までを担当（プロダクトライフサイクルの全フェーズに携わることが可能）
２．    顧客要求・シェフラー製品仕様を理解し、顧客や海外拠点と協業・折衝し仕様を決定。顧客・シェフラー海外拠点との技術ミーティング・デザインレビューの実行。計画通りにプロジェクトを完了。（グローバル環境での活躍、問題解決の成長機会）
３．    多種OEMとの協業、多種多様なセンサ製品を担当（幅広い経験を積むことが可能。クリーンモビリティの未来を創造する革新技術、内燃パワートレイン製品に加え電動パワートレイン製品や車両アクセスセンサなど将来製品の経験を積むことが可能。）

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive component development or application engineering
  (Preferred: experience with electrical/electronic components or sensors, DRBFM experience, and experience in projects conducted in English)

<Language Skills>

Japanese: Native level
English: Business level
Ability to work effectively with teams in overseas locations

【応募資格】

・機械工学/電気工学　学部卒以上
・自動車部品の開発、又は適用開発の経験3年以上
（理想：電気電子部品・センサの経験者、DRBFM経験者、英語を使用したプロジェクトの経験者）

日本語（ネイティブ）、英語（ビジネス）
海外拠点のチームと業務が遂行できる事
