Your Key Responsibilities

• Support Manager and carry out cross-functional activities for more than one functional area of supply chain management. Ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
• Provide inputs for formulation of the functional strategies and ensure their implementation across different regions and divisions.
• Conduct SCM related research and analyses, support development of relevant (global) policies and budget planning.
• Identify optimization areas for processes and systems at global and/or regional level, suggest improvement to better meet business requirements.
• Carry out accountabilities assigned to meet targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline.
• Evaluate supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives, integrating insights from both global and regional perspectives to ensure cohesive strategies.

-    発注業務【海外グループ会社工場への発注業務】
-    納期管理【海外グループ会社工場との納期・数量折衝（主にメール、時々電話会議）及び顧客との納期調整交渉】
-    社内調整【営業部・品質保証部・ロジスティクス部等の他部署と目的に応じて横断的な各種調整】
-    海外工場出荷～納入委託倉庫会社搬入までのフォロー　       ＊貿易関連実務はロジスティクス部が行います
-    納入委託倉庫対応【日次在庫管理・月末在庫照合・棚卸・その他緊急対応調整等】
-    在庫管理【日次在庫管理、月末在庫照合、棚卸、在庫高の原因分析～対策検討及び実施】
-    物流コスト・デリバリーパフォーマンス改善のためのロジスティクス部との協業
-    検収照合作業　＊売上履歴と顧客検収の差異確認・修正作業
-    業務改善活動

Your Qualifications

■ Mandatory Requirements
Supply Chain & Customer Support Experience

Experience in supply chain management for tangible goods (including overseas affiliates, or hands-on experience in Just-In-Time delivery management).

Experience handling domestic clients (primarily focusing on delivery relations and managing various coordination tasks effectively).

System & PC Skills

Experience in order-received/order-placed operations using ERP systems such as SAP.

Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint for daily business operations.

Language Proficiency

Japanese: Native level.

English: Intermediate level (Target: TOEIC 700+ / Capable of coordination and negotiation with overseas group companies).

Mindset & Soft Skills

Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Self-management skills and the ability to take ownership to solve problems.

■ Preferred Requirements (Ideal Conditions)
Supply chain experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience in trade/import-export practices.

Skills in VBA, Power BI, and Power Automate.
