Software Project Mgmt. Engineer, Powertrain Solutions, Division PTC JSEAP

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Application development of actuator control systems mounted on powertrain units
2. Understand customers’ requirement and propose the Spec. to Schaeffler R&D in other regions. Fix the Spec. with negotiating with the customers.
3. Carry out the test with R&D in other region, analyze the result and explain it to the customer
4. Chair the technical meeting with the customer and Schaeffler R&D in other regions
5. Coordinate with Project Manager and Technical Project Manager of other disciplines

1. パワートレイン搭載のアクチュエーター制御システムの顧客向け適用開発
2. 顧客の要求を理解し、海外のR&Dチームに要求仕様を提示、必要に応じ顧客と折衝し仕様を決定する
3. 海外テストチームと試験の条件決めおよび実行、結果の解析および顧客への説明
4. 顧客・シェフラー海外拠点との技術ミーティング
5. プロジェクトマネージャー、他分野のテクニカルプロジェクトマネージャーと連携

Your Qualifications

Electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical
engineering (more than bachelor)
More than 5 years’ experience in the following area
・Experience of the mechatronics system development (BLDC motor control system is strongly preferred)
・Software development experience, controlling block diagram knowledge, controlling Spec. decision experience
・Experience of development of embedded software
Japanese (native）,English (Business)
Communication with Schaeffler employee at worldwide

機械工学/電気工学　学部卒以上
以下の経験５年以上
・電制システムの開発経験(BLDCモーター制御系が望ましい)
・ソフトウェア開発経験、制御ブロック図の知識、制御仕様決定の経験
・車両用組み込みSWの開発経験
日本語（ネイティブ）、英語（ビジネス）
海外拠点のメンバーと業務が遂行できる事
