Your Key Responsibilities
Quality-related communications with JOEM customers
Coordination and collaboration with internal stakeholders (plant quality, application engineers, sales, SCM, Logistics and etc.)
Quality management and its administration tasks related to SOP (PPAP)
Quality complaint handling (from receipt of defects parts, analysis andcommunication with the manufacturing plants, and implementation of countermeasures and reporting),
Attendance at regular meetings with customers and internal meetings with stakeholders. support for customers' overseas business trips (accompanying, arranging, etc.)
Support customers' overseas business trips to our HQ and plant locations
Quality audit support
Coordination of urgent quality response (parts selection, repair, etc. when defects occur)
Organize quality information (monthly reports, periodic reports, etc.)
In-house quality improvement activities
Special assignments (in case of emergencies, etc.)

緊急品質対応(不具合発生時の部品選別、修理など)のコーディネート
品質情報の整理(月報、定期レポートなど)
社内品質改善活動
特命業務(緊急事態発生時等)
Your Qualifications
Basic required:
Experience in the automotive parts industry
Willingness and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and execute them until results are achieved
Experience in quality control operations (understanding of general quality terminology, understanding and familiarity with quality tools)
Interactive communication skills
自動車部品業界経験者

品質管理業務経験(一般的な品質用語の理解、品質ツールの理解と使いこなし)
コミュニケーション能力
Preferred:
Experience working in the automotive parts industry with engine components and electrical components
Experience in electrical and electronic component manufacturing companies
Experience in quality control operations (TQM, reliability verification, measurement analysis techniques, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Team management experience

Languages:
Native level of Japanese (need to communicate with JOEM customers who speak only in Japanese)

英語(ビジネス会話) TOEIC 600以上 (面接でレベル確認実施)
