Electronical Technical Project Manager (Engineer)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Acquisition: Promote BD Controls produtcs and drive technical acquisition efforts for electronic components in BD Controls products as local engineering quote lead, focusing on collaboration with Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers (JOEM).
• Manage Electronic Design : Manage electronic design processes for BD Controls products by ensuring effective partnership with JOEM.
• Support Mechanical Design : Support mechanical design process for BD Controls products by ensuring effective partnership with JOEM
• Coordinate Global Project Team Communication : Align with Global project team: Speak for customer as  Project Lead in Electronic Development Team.
• Promote platfrom products/solution : Understand the portofolio of platfrom product and promote platform solution to JOEM

Your Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering or science university (or has equivalent or higher experience), has practical experiences in powertrain product development or system engineering  (5 years or more)
• Has excellent basic ability (business and engineering)
• Has a strong interest in English and aspirations
• Has excellent knowledge of automotive technologies
• Is highly motivated to learn by themselves in the language and technical fields
• Good communication skills in English
• Communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience of working in global project teams
• Can apply practical knowledge in A-SPICE development
• Can apply practical knowledge of automotive industries and JOEM development way
• Excellent skills of communication, negotiation, conflict management and team leading
• Excellent skills of applying development tools (for example, CAD, SImulation)
• Strong willingness to challenge to new technologies
