Application Engineer for Automotive Actuator

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all phases from project acquisition activities to application development for mass production, and change management after mass production (experience of all phases of the product lifecycle)
2. Understand customer requirements and Schaeffler products and define specifications through collaboration and negotiation with customers and the Schaeffler team overseas. Execute technical meetings and design reviews, and complete projects as planned. (Growth opportunities: working in a global environment and problem solving)
3. Collaboration with various OEMs, responsible for a wide range of actuator products. (Able to gain a wide range of experience. Innovative technologies creating the future of clean mobility. In addition to internal combustion powertrain products, experience in future products such as electric powertrain products and vehicle access sensors is possible).

２．    顧客要求・シェフラー製品仕様を理解し、顧客や海外拠点と協業・折衝し仕様を決定。顧客・シェフラー海外拠点との技術ミーティング・デザインレビューの実行。計画通りにプロジェクトを完了。（グローバル環境での活躍、問題解決の成長機会）
３．    多種OEMとの協業、多種多様なアクチュエーター製品を担当（幅広い経験を積むことが可能。クリーンモビリティの未来を創造する革新技術。内燃パワートレイン製品に加え電動パワートレイン製品など将来製品の経験を積むことも可能。）

Your Qualifications

・機械工学/電気工学　学部卒以上
・自動車部品の開発、又は適用開発の経験５年以上
（理想：電気電子部品・センサの経験者、DRBFM経験者、英語を使用したプロジェクトの経験者）
- Mechanical/electrical engineering bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development or application development.
(Ideal: Experience with electrical and electronic products or sensors, with DRBFM, with projects using English)
