Your Key Responsibilities
Tasks:
Find out and solve production lines’ technology problem to build up robust infeed grinding and honing process
Lead on continue improvement project for infeed grinding and honing process, such as GW optimization, honing stone optimization Cycle time reduction, OEE improvement etc.
Technology improvement roll-out cross production line
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree majored in Mechanics/material，electric
1-3 years working experience
Skill for problem solving and error-proofing
Fluent English , both in Spoken and writen.
This job is classified in payment group XX. Depending on qualifications/professional experience, a higher grading is possible if further value-creating activities are taken over. A review will take place in accordance with the collective agreement (ERA-TV).
