岗位职责：
1. 作为产品投产的负责人，确保产品在工厂的顺利生产与交付。
2. 负责项目全程，包括产品设计、开发、测试到生产，保证项目按时完成。
3. 注重风险管理，及时识别和处理项目风险，确保项目顺利进行。
4. 协调项目团队及相关部门的合作，有效解决项目执行过程中的沟通问题。
5. 建立并维护项目沟通机制，通过定期会议等确保项目目标的实现。
Your Qualifications
- 任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，具备3年以上项目管理经验，优先考虑有汽车行业相关工作经验的候选人。
2. 熟悉汽车行业质量控制体系，如IATF 16949/VDA/APQP等。
3. 具备良好的中英文口语和书面沟通能力，能够处理跨语言交流。
4. 具有较强的组织和计划能力，能够承受工作压力。
5. 具备团队协作精神，愿意快速学习并适应新环境。
