Your Key Responsibilities
- 工作内容：
1、 根据工艺规划编制附属装备、辅助与配套设施的规划与技术要求；
2、 主导设备的安装调试，协调处理设备技术质量问题，验收合格并出具《设备终验收报告》；
3、 跟踪设备质保期内的使用情况，及时记录相关问题，并反馈设备供应商及联系其整改，同时通知相关使用和责任部门；
4、 定期开展设备能力调研，提出更新改造规划，并负责实施。
5、 负责对管辖范围内整个工艺过程进行控制，并编制相应的管控文件，例如：《过程流程图》、PFMEA、《作业指导书》等；
6、 根据设备的技术特性，生产方式效率，提出人员发展需要和培训计划；
7、 主导解决生产过程中出现的设备、工艺和工装等问题，并持续优化改进。
Your Qualifications
- 任职要求：
1、 大学本科及以上学历、机械自动化或汽车等专业 ；
2、 五年以上机械行业或汽车行业工作经验 ；
3、 具备工艺设计能力，熟悉各类设计标准及生产设备性能 ；
4、 熟练使用CAD，CATIA、Solidworks、UG等软件者佳 ；
