Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and optimization of production processes by applying technical skills. Assist in the continuous improvement of operations across the value stream.
- Analyze and optimize the production system.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IE master data (e.g., Routing, BOM, Workcenter).
- Assist in cross-functional projects across the value stream related to process improvements, change management, and product launches.
- Collect and analyze production KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement (e.g., OEE, TEEP).
- Help perform product cost calculations.
- Support the implementation of workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA).
- Assist in capacity and investment planning activities.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of P-FMEA.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained in Technical
- 3 to 5 years
OR
- Undergraduate Degree in Technical
- 3 to 5 years
