Your Key Responsibilities
- 作为工厂与客户的质量接口，搭建沟通机制，响应客户质量诉求，传递客户质量要求，确保内部落地执行。
- 主导客户投诉全流程处理，运用8D、5Why等质量工具开展根本原因分析，制定并跟踪纠偏措施，规范编写报告，确保投诉闭环。
- 解读客户质量规范，转化为内部控制及检验标准，监督生产、检验、出货环节执行，监控客户端质量绩效并推动改进。
- 配合客户二方审核、飞行检查等，负责审核资料准备、陪同对接及不符合项整改跟踪，确保审核通过。
- 参与新项目APQP策划，负责PPAP文件提交与跟踪，配合客户完成样品确认及量产批准，规避客户质量风险。
- 协助IATF 16949体系维护，配合内外部审核，推动体系与客户质量要求融合。
- 汇总客户质量数据，编制相关报表，分析质量趋势，推动跨部门质量持续改进。
- 开展客户质量相关培训，提升全员客户质量意识，协助处理物流相关质量投诉及相关商业谈判（如需要）。
Your Qualifications
- 机械、汽车工程、质量工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 3年以上汽车零部件行业CQE相关工作经验，有主机厂/Tier 1对接、德资企业从业经验者优先；
- 熟悉IATF 16949体系，精通APQP、PPAP等核心质量工具，熟练撰写；
- 优秀的英语听说读写能力。
