Your Key Responsibilities
工作职责：
- 监控和启动与产品质量/供应商质量计划相关的纠正措施；
- 指导供应商，以确保实现APQP和PPAP要求和文档目标；
- 协调供应商进行的质量计划，并将所购零件的质量证明与整个项目进行协调；
- 进行供应商访问和现场验收检查，协助原型的验收检查和PPAP抽样操作。
- 维护供应商质量相关文件和记录，包括审核报告、PPAP文件、控制计划、检验标准、8D报告、供应商绩效数据等，确保文件完整、准确、可追溯。
- 参与供应商现场审核与过程能力提升，识别供应商在人员、设备、材料、方法、环境、测量等方面的质量风险，并推动改善计划落地
Your Qualifications
任职要求：
- 统招本科以上学历，5年以上汽车行业供应商质量管理经验；
- 熟悉供应商质量管理体系，工具，国际标准和客户质量要求（例如，IATF16949，APQP，PPAP，FMEA，SPC，MSA，8D，VDA等）；
- 良好的解决问题的能力，良好的流程改进知识和技能（持续改进，精益知识，6δ等）良好的沟通协调能力；
- 精通英语，良好的PC应用技能（MS Office）。
