VLS Quality Claims Specialist with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Handling and managing new part complaints from external and internal global customers in the Automotive Aftermarket
- Performing damage and root cause analysis
- Coordinating and following up on corrective actions for identified complaint issues in collaboration with Product Management, locations, and production plants
- Processing credit notes and quality notifications
- Preparing risk assessments and inspection reports
- Ensuring compliance with the requirements outlined in the management manual
- Implementing continuous improvement processes within the assigned area
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in an international organization, particularly in customer service or order management
- Fluency in both English and German, with a minimum of B2 level level proficiency
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module and Salesforce Service Cloud are advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Open to occasionally international business travels
