Your Key Responsibilities
- Development of expertise in the system-side connection of suppliers
- Being a Key User for SupplyOn and SAP
- Build inbound process understanding from supplier connectivity to receiving goods at the plant
- Support for supplier connectivity in European plants (considering on-site support when needed)
- Supervision and training of the plant staff for reduction of the source of errors, e.g. in the transfer of ASN and GTL
- Process reviews to identify and evaluate optimization measures in the plants with regard to supplier connectivity
- Executing all respective administrative activities related to ongoing activities
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed university studies with a focus on logistics and/or comparable training with further qualification
- First professional experience in the area of inbound (supplier to plant) -supplier agreement, procurement logistics, goods receipts
- High degree of initiative and commitment as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills and good understanding of processes
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (2 weeks by quarter)
