Solution Architect Network - Campus Security Zones

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conceptual design, planning, management and implementation of worldwide network projects in the security environment
• Provision, operation, and further development of the worldwide network security platform (focus on network segmentation)
• Creation of high level, low level and operational concepts as well as execution of complex failure analyses
• Technical consulting and global support of administrators and specialist departments
• Collaboration in budget planning and monitoring as well as control of service providers

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification with knowledge and experience gained in practice
• High level of competence and 5+ years of professional experience in the areas of network security, firewall, IPS/IDS and DMZ
• Proven knowledge of network technologies (e.g. switching, routing) and network segmentation (e.g. security zones, network access control)
• Experience with enterprise great leading network, security and cloud vendors like Check Point, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft or Palo Alto
• Basic commercial knowledge of ordering processes, service accounting and budget planning
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Perseverance with a quality-oriented approach and the ability to work abstractly
• Initiative, willingness to learn and customer orientation as well as experience in change processes
