Scrum Master (All Genders)

General Information

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our HR IT Team. You will be responsible for facilitating workshops, ensuring the development team follows agile practices, and removing any obstacles to progress. 

You will work closely with our Product Owner and development team to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between our global HR IT Teams. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and further development of a shared understanding of agile principles and methods
• Building a supportive agile work model for the entire team
• Moderating retrospectives and workshops
• Supporting the team leader and the development team
• Promoting continuous improvement and adaptation of processes
• Ensuring adherence to agile frameworks like Scrum and KANBAN and agile values
• Assisting in the removal of obstacles and impediments
• Encouraging self-organization and accountability within the team
• Conducting training and coaching on agile methods
• Supporting the planning and execution of sprints
• Ensuring transparent and effective communication within the team
• Promoting communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing between the teams

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Proficient in scrum tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and coding practices
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote collaboration and team visibility
• Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
• High level of emotional intelligence to navigate team dynamics
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Open to international business travels
