Your Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of the goals for the product owner and the development team regarding the agile development in the context of the agile transformation and in cooperation with the agile coaches
- Coaching of the development team and the product owner(s) regarding agile methods and Scrum to establish an agile mindset
- Ensuring the achievement of goals through team development measures and enabling the continuous improvement process
- Promoting an understanding of product planning in a VUCA environment and the correct understanding of agile and its application
- Assist in providing the necessary working environment for the project stakeholders
- Ensure that the development team is able to work and promote self-organization of the team
- Supporting all agile meetings and facilitating them when needed, as well as coaching the team that they can perform agile ceremonies appropriately
- Clarifying impediments and assisting in removing them effectively
- Acting as a servant leader as well as supporting continuous development of cross-functional teamwork
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable field
- Several years of practical experience in the application of agile frameworks as a scrum master, preferably also in a scaled setting
- Experience with agile methods, especially Scrum, Kanban, burndown techniques and/or retrospective formats
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent servant leader with strong communication, mentoring, moderation and conflict resolution skills
- Scrum Master certification in CSM, CSP and/or PSM I/II desirable
